Shipping & returns


Please note: It’s taking us longer than usual to get orders to you. But don’t worry—the estimated delivery date we provide at checkout reflects any known delays.  Thank you for your patience.

During checkout, Stylent Family and guests can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We offer the following shipping options:


  • Free for guest orders of $150 or more
  • $8 for guest orders of less than $150

Please note, expedited and express shipping currently may not be available for your order.


  • $15 for guest orders


  • $25 for guest orders

Store Pickup

  • Free for all eligible orders. Just click “PICK UP” during checkout to see if the items in your bag are eligible for store or curbside pickup at a Stylent store near you.
  • For the continued safety and well-being of our teammates and customers, some Stylent stores are temporarily closed. Stores that are open may be operating with limited hours and services. Please see our store locator for the latest information, including if stores near you are offering store pickup.
  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive within 30-45 days.
  • Stylent Custom orders arrive within two to five weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
  • The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
  • We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.





All Stylent purchases have an extended 30-day return policy.

Due to current transportation delays, it's taking longer than usual to process returns and issue refunds. Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

We design our gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Whether you shop on, in any of the Stylent apps, or at a Stylent store, we provide you 30 days to take your Stylent purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. That also includes custom Stylent Jersey. Even after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed. And remember, returns are always free for Stylent Family.

How do I return a Stylent order?
If you’re a Stylent Family, you can enjoy free returns by signing in to your Family profile and starting a return from your Orders page. If you shopped as a guest, you’ll need to access your order with your order number and email address. You also can head to your nearest Stylent store to make a return. For additional details, check out our return instructions.

How do I return a Stylent store purchase?
You may take the items you want to return to any Stylent store.

Do I need a receipt to return items at a Stylent store?
For orders placed on or in any of the Stylent apps, you will not need a receipt to make a return in a Stylent store. However, you will need to provide your order number to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. You can find your order number in any of the emails we sent you about the order. Stylent Family also can find their order numbers in their order history on or in the Stylent App. Please note that digital orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to a Stylent gift card when returned to a store.

For store purchases, the quickest and easiest way to return items is to provide the original store receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, here are your options:

  • If you provided your Stylent family email address during checkout, a Stylent store member may be able to look up your order and provide a full refund to your original form of payment.
  • If you did not provide your Stylent family information, and the items you want to return are unworn and unwashed, you still may be able to return them for an in-store credit for the current price of the items. We also may be able to help you with an exchange.

If you are returning items with a gift receipt, we’ll provide you in-store credit for the amount of the gift receipt. We also can help you exchange your gift.

Can I return items I purchased at a Stylent Clearance store?
No, items purchased at a Stylent Clearance store cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're defective or flawed.

What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our gear. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options above to return the item. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. See our warranty information for additional details.


While shopping in store, you may have the option of shipping an item to a store to pick up. If you are unable to pick up the order within 15 days, we will return your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
